At Techmicro Solutions, we are committed to delivering premium-quality NGC Smart Business Cards that redefine professional networking. This policy explains our guarantee, shipping, return, and reprint practices.

Smart Networking Guarantee

We believe one NGC Smart Business Card is all you will ever need. If, after purchasing, you find yourself needing to return to traditional paper cards or other outdated networking methods, we will work with you to resolve the issue — whether through card replacement, profile optimization support, or, if necessary, a refund of your purchase price.

Conditions of the Guarantee:

  • Customers must provide a brief explanation of why the NGC card did not meet their needs.
  • We will first attempt to correct the issue by offering customization help, technical troubleshooting, or reprints.
  • If a refund is approved, the original card will be deactivated and rendered unusable.
  • Guarantee applies once per customer and excludes shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused cards in original packaging.

Exclusions

Personalized or engraved cards are non-returnable unless defective.

Process

Contact support@techmicrosolutions.com with your order details and return reason.

Refunds

Processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reprint & Replacement Policy

If your card arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty NFC chip, misprint), we will provide a free reprint and replacement.

  • Proof of defect (photos/videos) and proof of purchase are required.
  • Customer-submitted errors (e.g., typos in name or contact details) are not covered.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days.

Delivery Window

Standard delivery within 5–10 business days, varying by location.

Responsibility

Once shipped, liability transfers to the carrier. Damaged-in-transit claims must be filed with the carrier.

Reshipment

If returned as undeliverable, a reshipment fee (equal to the original shipping charge) will apply.

Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking numbers are issued after production is complete.
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, weather, or quality control reprints.

International Orders & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
  • Techmicro Solutions has no control over customs processing times.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NGC – Next Generation Cards and related services provided by Techmicro Solutions. By purchasing, registering, or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

NGC Smart Business Cards are NFC-enabled devices that allow you to share contact details, manage profiles, and track networking insights through our secure digital platform.

We also provide integrations with third-party CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, and others.

2. Subscriptions & Free Trial

  • Each NFC card purchase includes a 1-month free trial of the NGC subscription service.
  • After the trial period, users may continue with a paid subscription via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the plan selected (monthly or annual).
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
  • By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's processing terms and conditions.

4. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating and maintaining their profiles.
  • Use NGC cards only for lawful business or personal networking purposes.
  • Not misuse the service for spam, illegal activity, or unauthorized reselling.
  • Maintain confidentiality of their account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and branding of NGC and Techmicro Solutions remain our exclusive property.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Techmicro Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of NGC cards or services.

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the original purchase price of the product or subscription fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, and any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

  • Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store credit card details).
  • Backup Data: Stored securely with Backblaze B2 for recovery purposes.

👉 Note: All customer-related exchange information (such as contacts shared, saved, or exchanged) is not visible to our administrators or technical team.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain your NGC profile and subscription.
  • To enable integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, and other CRM tools.
  • To secure and back up data for business continuity.
  • To comply with legal requirements and prevent misuse.

3. Data Hosting & Security

  • All data is hosted on Hostinger, with full security controls enabled.
  • Backups are securely stored with Backblaze B2.
  • Encryption and restricted access are enforced to protect your data.
  • We do not collect any personal information from your emails, WhatsApp, or text messages.

4. User Rights

You have full control over your data. You may request at any time to:

  • Access and review your personal information.
  • Correct or update details in your profile.
  • Export or delete your account data.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained only for the duration of your active subscription. Once your subscription or account is terminated, your personal data and backups will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Policy

At Techmicro Solutions, we want you to feel confident in your purchase of NGC Smart Business Cards. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for physical products and subscription services.

1. Physical Products (Smart Cards & Accessories)

Eligibility: Refunds for physical products are available within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Exclusions: Customized, engraved, or personalized smart cards are non-refundable, unless there is a proven defect.

Process: To request a refund, email support@techmicrosolutions.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Services

Each NFC card includes a 1-month free trial of the NGC subscription.

After the trial, subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges)
  • Service disruptions caused by our system failures

To cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

3. Reprints & Replacements (Alternative to Refunds)

In many cases, we may provide a reprint or replacement card instead of a refund. This applies when:

  • Your product arrives defective or damaged.
  • There is a printing/production error on our side.

Replacements are shipped free of charge once proof of the defect is provided.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear of physical products.
  • Customer-submitted errors (e.g., typos in profile details).
  • Subscription cancellations requested after a billing cycle has been processed.
  • Packages lost or damaged by carriers (claims must be made directly with the shipping provider).
